So this is the exact type of motivational workout group that I have been in search of in Boston. Go figure, I learn about the November Project the week that I move out of Boston. Not a problem. After one day of morning hill running, I am hooked on their passion, organization, and positive ethos.
I had hoped the Pro Voca Athletics would evolve into a sort of team that would provide the camaraderie and inspiration necessary to push athletes beyond their comfort zones. What NP has already established in the Boston workout community is simply mind blowing. They encompass everything that I could ask for in a training cult. They even have you hug a random person at the start of the workout. Classic. Read their blog, like them on Facebook, and participate in a new way of living.
Day 1: 6:30 AM, ran 10 hill repeats up Summit Ave in Brookline. Great success.
