Bergen Peak in Evergreen, CO is a challenging trail run just 45-minutes from Denver. With 2,000-feet of elevation gain over 4.25-miles, this run is tough yet runnable the whole way to the summit. Other front range peak trails have too steep of an incline which lead to slow power hiking and prevent them from getting my full-seal of approval.
